Booking your room

Once you’ve chosen your preferred accommodation, simply let us know your room choice and dates. We’ll check availability and send you an invoice confirmation. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of one night per room is required.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer several ways to make payment, including bank transfer, PayPal, Instapay, and online credit card. Once your payment has been made, kindly send us a copy of your receipt so we can confirm and trace it easily.

Payment Terms

Your booking is secured with a one-night, non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining balance for your accommodation is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel after your full payment has been made, up to seven days before arrival, we will refund your payment less the equivalent of three nights’ stay. Please note that deposits remain non-refundable.
