This 3-day, retreat-style training invites you into a deeply experiential and educational journey where evidence-based science meets somatic healing and intuitive practice.

Natalie brings over two decades of experience in movement therapy and holistic wellness. With roots in yoga, Breathwork, sound healing, and myofascial release, her work is a multidimensional invitation into embodied healing. She has facilitated transformative practices in South Africa, Egypt, and beyond, holding space for deep personal and collective restoration.

 

A passionate advocate for the healing power of fascia, Natalie seamlessly integrates evidence-based techniques with intuitive movement, guiding her students into profound release, reconnection, and realignment. Her approach is both grounded and soulful - rooted in anatomical intelligence and guided by energetic awareness.

 

Natalie’s teachings invite others to slow down, soften, and listen to the subtle language of the body. Whether she is leading a yin practice by candlelight, guiding a soul-deep Breathwork journey, or bathing a room in healing sound, she holds space with quiet power, deep presence, and unwavering care. Karen is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. As the owner of Essence Healing, and co-founder of UNWIND, she is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to inner balance, vitality, and self-healing. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Karen integrates ancient healing modalities with modern wellness practices to create a nurturing space for transformation.

 

Through yin yoga, she helps clients cultivate stillness, flexibility, and deep relaxation, while Chi Nei Tsang - a powerful abdominal massage therapy 0 assists in releasing emotional blockages and improving energy flow.
