The Yin Circle

Once a month, we gather.

The Yin Circle is a free online Yin yoga class open to anyone who wants to slow down, drop in, and practice together. Each session is hosted by a different teacher certified through TRUST NOUR Academy - bringing their own voice, their own sequence, and their own invitation into stillness.

No matter where you are in the world, you are welcome here.

Yin yoga works with long, supported holds that target the deeper connective tissues of the body - the fascia, joints, and ligaments - while quietly settling the nervous system. It is a practice of patience, presence, and letting go. Each class is different. Each teacher brings something new. What stays the same is the quality of the space.
