Certification Information:
This 100-hour Level 1 Yin Yoga Teacher Training is accredited by both Yoga Alliance (USA) and Yoga Alliance International (India). Upon successful completion of all course requirements, you will receive a certificate that can be used toward Continuing Education (YACEP) or to begin teaching Yin Yoga classes.

Do I need to be a yoga teacher to join?
No. This training is open to all levels and backgrounds. It’s perfect for personal growth, deepening your practice, or beginning your teaching journey.
Is accommodation included?
Yes and No. The choice is yours. We offer accommodation and course combo options at either Coral Coast Hotel or Nour Boutique Hotel or you can sign up for the course only and arrange your own accommodation.
Is the course physically demanding?
Yin Yoga is a slow, passive practice. While you will be encouraged to explore your edge, the physical demands are accessible and gentle.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothing, your yoga mat (props provided), journal, water bottle, and an open heart.
Will I be able to teach Yin Yoga after the course?
Yes! You will graduate with the knowledge and experience to confidently teach Yin Yoga classes in studios, retreats, or privately.
