10. More About Your Facilitator
Natalie Zeid is a yoga & breathwork teacher, Yoga Nidra guide, sound healer, and therapist with over 20 years of experience in somatic healing. Her approach to Yoga Nidra is rooted in trauma-informed awareness, gentle presence, and reverence for deep rest as a portal to healing.
With a strong foundation in anatomy, yogic philosophy, and subtle energetics, Natalie teaches from the intersection of science and soul. Her sessions guide participants into a liminal space where transformation arises from stillness, intention, and safety.
She believes rest is revolutionary — and that the ability to truly listen within is one of the greatest tools of liberation.
